Great start to finish.
From first contact to delivery the service I received from summit, specifically Grace, was amazing. From the initial quote, Grace was proactive, helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. She answered all my pedantic questions and went above and beyond to help me sort out everything such as organising the return of my old car even though that wasn't her responsibility. Even after everything was setup and id expect to be marked down as a secured sale... Grace was still very quick to respond and helped me with all my queries. Changed my view on brokers in a great way! Thank you Grace!
