After many years in the licensed trade, Neil decided it was time to grow up, and kind of stumbled into the Motor Industry. Having moved up through the ranks from Salesman through to Business Manager for Ford Retail, Neil gained further experience working for a Leasing Broker, before landing firmly on his feet as the Business Development and Key Account Manager for Motorlease (Uk) Ltd, Onboarding and maintaining our broker partners.

With over 25 years industry experience under his belt, Neil has been instrumental in the development and launch of our brand new platform FleetZone. He still hasn’t grown up!

A day in your life at Summit: Travelling the length and breadth of the country gaining and maintaining broker relationships.

What’s your dream ride?: Audi R8

When you’re not in the office, how do you like to spend your time?: Surrounded by my wife and children and cooking for friends and family.

Best thing about being part of the Summit team?: Everybody pushing in the same direction and genuinely caring about each other both as colleagues and as friends.

Favourite food: Anything and everything tasty – probably curry at the moment

Favourite music/band: Open to most suggestion and recommendation, generally grungy or “edgy”. Love Incubus at the moment. Hate Jazz with a passion.

Favourite holiday: Southern Spain, probably. Love the diet, weather, people, and Rioja. Most places hot considered.

Specialist subject: I have a weirdly comprehensive knowledge of British Birds!?
